Riegler Measurement Technology comprises devices for recording flow and leakage in compressed air networks. These include FUTURA differential pressure flow meters, flow rate meters and a leak detector with accessories.
The flow rate meters are available in nominal sizes such as DN 8 to DN 32 with connections R 1/4 to R 1 1/4 and measuring ranges up to several hundred m³/h. The range comprises around 23 items, complemented by power supplies, connection cables and transport cases.
The flow and leakage measurement technology serves to monitor compressed air consumption and to locate leaks in the network. Differential pressure flow meters and stationary flow rate meters record volume flows at central or decentralized measuring points, while the mobile leak detector checks individual consumers and lines. The data support the reduction of energy costs and the assessment of system efficiency.
