Clamp jaw pairs of the heavy series to DIN 3015-2, 60 versions for tube outside diameters of 6 to 66 mm. The heavy series has a taller clamp body than the light one and holds higher line loads.
The clamp body is produced in polypropylene or aluminium. Sizes run from 1 to 5 and fit the base plates of the pipe clamps in the same standard.
DIN 3015-2 - heavy series, 60 clamp jaw pairs
Tube 6 to 66 mm - including 13.7, 17.1, 21.3, 26.9, 33.7, 48.3, 60.3 and 66 mm
Sizes 1 to 5 - size 4 for 38 mm tube, size 5 up to 66 mm
Materials - polypropylene or aluminium
Heavy series clamp jaws sit on hydraulic lines of presses, power units and construction machinery.
On conversion or wear only the clamp body is exchanged, the welded base plate stays in place. Aluminium is chosen where temperature or medium attacks the plastic.
