Riegler Noise Reduction comprises silencers for reducing exhaust noise on pneumatic systems as well as hearing protection for personnel. The silencers are made of sintered bronze and plastic, among others, with threads from G 1/4 to G 1.
Sintered bronze versions are rated for pressures up to 10 bar, complemented by high-performance silencers made of galvanized sheet steel. Around 145 items are available for noise reduction at valves and exhaust points.
Silencers are fitted to the exhaust ports of directional valves and cylinders to reduce the whistling discharge noise. Sintered bronze versions suit continuous operation up to 10 bar, while high-performance silencers in galvanized sheet steel handle higher flow rates. The complementary hearing protection reduces the noise exposure of operators working on pneumatically driven machines.
