Pipe caps for closing tube ends, 66 versions for pipe from 21.3 to 508.0 mm outside diameter with wall thicknesses of 2.0 to 6.3 mm.
Stainless versions in 1.4541 and 1.4571 are produced similar to DIN 28011, the P265GH black steel versions follow EN 10253 type B (DIN 2617). The cap is butt welded onto the pipe end. Examples are 21.3 x 2.0 mm in 1.4541 and 273.0 x 3.0 mm in 1.4571.
Pipe 21.3 to 508.0 mm - including 26.9, 60.3, 88.9, 139.7 and 273.0 mm
Wall 2.0 to 6.3 mm - assigned per nominal size, 3.0 mm on 273.0 mm pipe

Pipe caps close vessel nozzles, line ends and spare outlets in plant construction under pressure.
The dished shape carries internal pressure better than a flat plate. Dimensions match the tubes and fittings of this product group, so the weld runs without any rework.
