Pneumatic cylinders
Pneumatic vibrators use compressed air to generate directed or rotary vibration that keeps material moving in hoppers, chutes, screens and conveying lines and clears caking and bridging. The range covers piston, ball, roller and turbine vibrators with centrifugal forces from about 65 N to more than 2,900 N.
Piston vibrators deliver low-frequency impacts with high single-stroke force, while ball, roller and turbine vibrators produce high-frequency vibration at speeds up to 41,000 rpm. For hazardous areas, turbine vibrators are available with ATEX approval alongside standard versions.
Piston vibrator Low-frequency impacts with high single-stroke force, around 7,600 strokes/min, suited to releasing heavy caking.
Ball vibrator Rotating steel ball generates high-frequency vibration at speeds up to 35,000 rpm.
Roller vibrator Circulating roller for even vibration with high centrifugal force up to more than 2,900 N.
Turbine vibrator Air turbine with low wear and high speed up to 41,000 rpm, also available in ATEX version.
