Tube fittings
Union nuts press the cutting ring onto the tube, holding the joint on the body of a cutting ring fitting. This category lists 63 spare parts covering tube outside diameters of 4 to 42 mm.
Three series are stocked: the extra light series 4 LL to 8 LL on fine threads M8x1 through M12x1, the light series 6 L to 42 L, the heavy series 6 S to 38 S running up to M52x2. Material choice is zinc plated steel, alternatively stainless steel 1.4571.
Most orders are for replacement, after a thread was damaged during pipe removal, or a nut went missing. Extra light sizes belong on gauge lines, control lines of small tube diameter, whereas the heavy series suits pressurised hydraulic runs. Versions in 1.4571 are chosen where tube plus cutting ring are already stainless.
