Flange Maintenance Tools

Enerpac flange maintenance tools support the alignment, spreading and closing of pipe flanges during assembly and servicing. The range holds more than 52 items, including mechanical and hydraulic flange alignment tools as well as flange spreaders.
The tools are graded by capacity, from alignment tools rated 10 kN to 90 kN up to tool kits in the tonne range. Hydraulic kits are supplied with cylinder and hand pump, while integrated spreaders work with a built-in hand pump.
Flange maintenance tools are used in pipework on refineries, chemical plants and pipelines, for example aligning offset flanges, spreading the gap for gasket replacement and the controlled closing of joints.
