Tools, assembly and test equipment brings together everything needed between pipe, hose and fitting when a liquid cooling circuit in a data centre is built or maintained: pipe deburring tools from 3 to 56 mm, ratchet hose cutters up to 63 mm, depth marking tools for connectors of 35 to 54 mm diameter, plus assembly pastes, silicone greases and cleaning agents for final installation. The branch currently holds 22 items from Fluidics equipment, OKS, Riegler and Henkel and covers the working steps that decide whether a joint stays tight long before coolant enters the system.
In water-glycol circuits the sequence matters: cut to length, deburr, mark the insertion depth, tighten to a defined torque, then pressure test and leak check. Burrs and swarf left from cutting otherwise travel into pumps, heat exchangers and cold plates. Four of the seven subcategories currently describe only their function in the circuit: pressing and crimping tools, flushing equipment, pressure testing and leak detection fluids are still being built up and show the gap openly.
