Hoses and Hose Assemblies
Hoses and hose assemblies carry the flexible sections of the loop: the last metres to the rack, the compensation between assemblies and every route that changes during a rebuild. 1,405 references range from clear PVC hose in 22x18, 31x25 and 33x25 mm on 25 and 50 m coils, through oil-resistant soft PVC workshop hose in 26.5x19 mm and DUO polyamide hose in PA 12, 6x4 mm, to polyethylene hose in 10x1 mm and PTFE hose in 5x3 and 6x4 mm.
Added to these are POM connectors in straight, elbow and tee form for hose outside diameters of 15, 18 and 22 mm, plus vibration dampers with 300 mm of PVC hose. All materials listed here, that is PVC, PA 12, PE, PTFE and POM, may be used in the water-glycol loop without restriction. Selection turns on three dimensions: bore for flow rate, wall thickness for pressure and kink resistance, and coil length for offcut waste.
