Cable ties and cable holders keep sensor, signal and supply lines in order along the pipe routes. The range holds 23 items in polyamide 6.6, with band dimensions from 3.6 x 150 mm to 4.8 x 350 mm, each in natural and black and in packs of 100. Marker ties measuring 2.5 x 100 mm with an inner labelling field complete the group and allow flow, return and measuring points to be identified. Supply comes from Riegler and under Fluidics equipment.
Band width sets the tensile capacity: 3.6 mm suits single cables and thin bundles, 4.8 mm holds thick bundles and fixes them to pipe or rail. Polyamide 6.6 is uncritical against water glycol mixtures and adds nothing to contact corrosion. Black ties are coloured through the material and age more slowly than natural ones. On the pipe itself a tie never replaces a pipe clamp, it only guides the cable alongside.
