KTR Hydraulics

KTR drive technology bundles couplings, locking elements and measurement equipment for rotating drivelines. With more than 7,900 items, the program covers flexible, torsionally rigid and gear couplings, shrink discs and torque sensors.

The series range from jaw couplings (Rotex, BoWex) through gear and lamellar couplings (GEARex, Radex) to locking assemblies (Clampex), safety couplings (KTR-SI, Ruflex) and torque sensors (Dataflex). Components are selected by torque, shaft diameter and design.

Drive couplings connect motor and driven shaft, compensate for misalignment and transmit torque. Flexible couplings additionally damp torsional shocks, safety couplings limit torque on overload, and locking assemblies create a backlash-free shaft-hub connection.

Rotex / Poly Norm torsionally flexible jaw couplings with replaceable elastomer spider.

BoWex curved-tooth couplings to compensate for shaft misalignment.

GEARex / Radex torsionally rigid gear and lamellar couplings for high torque.
