KTR GEARex are gear couplings with crowned-tooth hubs for transmitting high torque under shaft misalignment. The range comprises hubs, sleeves and seals in sizes 10 and 30 in the FA, FB and FAB designs with various bores to H7.
The toothing allows angular, radial and axial misalignment with torsionally rigid transmission, with individual versions available to ATEX. With more than 245 items, a broad range of hubs and components, some with keyway to DIN 6885, is available.
GEARex gear couplings connect shafts in high-torque drives with limited installation space, for example in gearboxes, pumps and conveying systems. Selection is based on frame size, the FA, FB or FAB design and on the bore diameter and keyway version.
