Pneumatic Valves
Silencers reduce the exhaust noise at valves and cylinders and thereby lower the noise level of pneumatic systems. The range holds about 190 items, including throttle and precision throttle silencers as well as push-in and fine-filter silencers.
The silencers are available in port sizes M 5, G 1/8", G 1/4", G 3/8", G 1/2" and G 1". Materials such as nickel-plated brass, stainless steel 1.4571 and sintered plastic are available; throttle versions also allow the exhaust flow to be adjusted.
Throttle silencer Combines noise reduction with adjustable exhaust throttling.
Precision throttle silencer Sensitive adjustment of the exhaust flow.
Push-in silencer Direct push-in connection, for example from sintered plastic.
Fine-filter silencer With a replaceable filter element for particle retention.
Silencers are fitted to the exhaust ports of solenoid and pneumatic valves to reduce noise emission at the workplace. Throttle versions also allow the piston speed to be influenced via the exhaust flow.
