Mounting rails, brackets and consoles form the layer between the building structure and the pipe clamp. The range holds 18 items: C rails 28 x 11 mm and 28 x 14 mm in 1.4571 and one metre lengths, matching channel nuts in M 8, M 10 and M 12, a 27/18 cantilever console with 300 mm projection in A4 stainless steel, saddle flanges, plus brass brackets and the »SYNTESI« series in sizes 1 and 2. Supply comes from Hydac and Riegler as well as under Fluidics equipment.
The 27/18 cantilever console with 300 mm projection is rated at 311 N permissible load; that limit and the weight of the filled pipe determine the support spacing. Rails and nuts in 1.4571 and consoles in A4 match stainless pipework in a single material pairing. Brass brackets remain restricted to points where they meet brass or gunmetal only; their temperature window runs from -10 to +90 °C.
