Tube fittings

Tube fittings form the detachable joint between pipe, hose plus equipment port in pneumatic as well as hydraulic systems. This section holds 9808 items in 44 groups, ranging from straight male stud couplings through elbow, tee, cross shapes to bulkhead glands, push-in fittings, along with the matching tubes.

Selection follows the port thread (G 1/8" to G 1/2", R 1/8" to R 1/2", metric), the tube or hose size, then the material. Tube sizes run from 4 LL (M8x1) up to 18 L (M26x1,5), hose sizes from 6x4 to 12x10 mm, in nickel plated brass, stainless steel 1.4404 or polypropylene. Beyond the standard version there are variants having a stainless steel thread, a collar, plus a high temperature design.

⚡Threads G 1/8" to G 1/2" - parallel G threads, tapered R threads from R 1/8" to R 1/2", plus metric, NPT threads cover the usual equipment ports.

⚡Tube 4 LL to 18 L - cutting ring fittings for tube diameters from 4 LL (M8x1) through 10 L (M16x1,5) up to 18 L (M26x1,5), plus 14 mm (M20x1,5).

⚡Hose 6x4 to 12x10 mm - push-in as well as hose fittings for sizes 6x4, 8x6, 10x4, 10x8, 12x9, 12x10 mm, inside sizes up to 9,5 mm.

⚡Four versions - standard, stainless steel thread, collar type, high temperature design, chosen by medium as well as installation situation.

⚡Materials - nickel plated brass for compressed air, stainless steel 1.4404 for corrosive media, polypropylene for light hose joints.

Applications
