Flanges, adapters and reducers close the gap between component standards: where welded pipework meets a thread, where one nominal size changes to the next, or where a device has to stay demountable. 491 references cover weld-neck flanges DN 25 PN 40 to DIN 2635 and EN 1092-1 type 11 in 1.4571, lap-joint flanges DN 100 PN 10 similar to DIN 2642 and EN 1092-1 type 02 in pressed 1.4301, and weld-on unions, weld-on sockets and weld-on plates in 1.4408 and 1.4571.
Weld-on unions come straight, as elbows and in flat-sealing form, with weld ends of 48.3 and 60.3 mm and R or Rp 1-1/2 inch threads; the elbow versions take 8 L, 10 L, 12 L and 14 S tube on an NC compression ring in 1.4571. Every material in this group is austenitic stainless steel and therefore unrestricted in the water-glycol loop. Bulkhead weld-on unions and extended weld-on plates complete the range.
