Tube fittings
Straight unions made of plastic join a hose to a threaded port along one axis. The hose is held by a clamping ring plus union nut, while the body carries a parallel G thread. This group holds 80 items.
Available threads are G 1/8", G 1/4", G 3/8", G 1/2", hose sizes running from 6x4 up to 14x12 mm. Materials cover polyamide, polypropylene, PVDF, PFA; items differ further by connection principle 1 or 2.
Threads G 1/8" to G 1/2" - four parallel thread sizes for valves, manifolds, tank ports.
Hose 6x4 to 14x12 mm - six dimensions, among them 8x6, 10x8, 12x9, 12x10 mm, stated as outside by inside.
Four materials - polyamide plus polypropylene for general media, PVDF plus PFA for chemically loaded lines.
Two connection principles - items are split by connection principle 1 or 2, matching the hose type in use.
Metal free build - body, clamping ring, nut are all plastic, which keeps the medium away from metal.
Plastic unions serve water, laboratory, chemical pipework, also dosing as well as analysis lines where metal is unwanted. PVDF plus PFA go into aggressive liquids, polypropylene plus polyamide into neutral media. The straight form links hose lines directly to valves, pumps, tanks, without any change of direction.
