Compact slides with ball guide of the EXH series combine a pneumatic drive with a ball-bearing linear guide in a compact unit. The ball guide absorbs lateral forces and moments and provides precise, low-backlash motion.
The examples show sizes from piston 10 mm with stroke lengths from 5 to 50 mm. Matching repair kits are available for each size for replacing the wear parts.
Compact slides with ball guide are suited to handling and assembly tasks that require guided linear motion with absorption of lateral and moment loads, for example feeding, positioning or shifting workpieces. The integrated guide makes a separate linear guide unnecessary and reduces assembly effort.
