KTR damping rings are elastic elements fitted between pump or motor and the carrier to reduce vibration and structure-borne noise in the hydraulic power unit. The program comprises 146 items, including the DTV and DT series in graded sizes.
The rings are stepped by frame size (e.g. DT 160 to DT 450) and partly available in several versions per size. They complement pump carriers and couplings to form a damped drive assembly.
Damping rings isolate the pump from the carrier in terms of vibration and thus reduce the transmission of vibration to the power unit and the surrounding base. They are selected to match the frame size of the pump carrier and the pump and are common as wear and replacement parts.
