KTR Roflex

KTR Drive Technology

KTR Roflex denotes torsionally flexible couplings that transmit torque through an elastic element between pocket part and cam part. The components are supplied unbored or finish-bored with keyway to DIN 6885/1.

The range covers just under 500 items across different bore diameters and sizes. Pocket and cam part together with the elastic element form the complete coupling.

Pocket part holds the elastic element and is fitted to one shaft.
Cam part engages the elastic element and sits on the mating shaft.
Bore unbored or finish-bored with keyway to DIN 6885/1.

Torsionally flexible Roflex couplings dampen torque shocks and vibrations and compensate shaft misalignment. They are used on drives where shock loads are to be reduced and critical speeds shifted.
