System BRK by Kongsberg Raufoss is a vehicle fitting programme built around metric threaded ports. This range holds 67 items in thread sizes M12x1,5, M16x1,5 as well as M22x1,5.
Body styles cover a complete line layout: straight bulkhead unions plus elbow bulkhead unions passing through panels or chassis members, cross blocks acting as distributors, unions along with lock nuts each carrying an O-ring, a step from M22x1,5 down to M16x1,5, then plugs closing off single ports. Sealing stays soft, by O-ring at the thread seat.
These parts go into building as well as repairing lines on commercial vehicles, trailers, body structures already laid out in system BRK. Bulkhead unions place the transition wherever a line crosses a chassis member or panel; the elbow style saves the extra bend behind that crossing. Cross blocks gather several branches at one point, while plugs keep prepared threads closed until a later port gets used.
