Tube fittings
Cross unions bring four tube lines together in one plane, replacing two separately fitted tees. This range holds 78 items across 23 tube sizes from 4 LL up to 42 L, all four ports of one item cut for the same tube size.
The tube is clamped by a union nut plus cutting ring: the ring bites into the tube surface during tightening, taking over grip as well as sealing. Material choice covers zinc-plated steel and stainless steel 1.4571, along with versions carrying a clamping ring in 1.4571, plus bodies delivered without nut and cutting ring.
Cross unions sit at distribution points of hydraulic or pneumatic systems, where one feed line splits towards two consumers while a measuring or return line joins the same node. In ring mains they link two continuous runs, one branch pointing up, one pointing down. Small sizes of the LL series from 4 mm serve pilot or test lines, the S series up to 38 mm handles main distribution.
