Straight male stud couplings having an R thread join a cutting ring tube in line with a tapered female port. The R thread seals within the thread flanks, so no extra sealing ring is required. This group lists 82 items.
Thread sizes reach from R 1/8" up to R 1-1/2", tube sizes from 6 L (M12x1,5) up to 42 L (M52x2) plus 6 S (M14x1,5) up to 38 S (M52x2). Supply covers zinc plated steel, stainless steel 1.4571, along with NC clamping ring versions in 1.4571, complete or without nut plus cutting ring.
The straight form is chosen where tube along with port share one axis, at manifold blocks, pumps, cylinders, filter housings carrying a tapered female thread. Small sizes from R 1/8" feed gauge ports, sizes from R 1" upwards serve main lines of matching bore. Versions in 1.4571 go into aggressive media or damp surroundings.
