Pneumatic Valves
Throttle valves regulate the air flow and thereby the speed of pneumatic actuators. The range holds about 200 items, including block throttle valves and block throttle check valves in precision and standard versions.
The valves are available in port sizes M 5, G 1/8", G 1/4", G 3/8", G 1/2" and G 1". Versions with a brass spindle are intended for aggressive environments; matching protective caps complete the program.
Throttle valve Throttles the flow in both flow directions.
Throttle check valve Throttles one direction and lets the opposite direction flow freely.
Precision version Sensitive adjustment of speed.
Brass spindle Corrosion-resistant variant for aggressive environments.
Throttle check valves are used to set the speed of pneumatic cylinders by throttling the exhaust air while the supply air flows freely. This allows extend and retract movements to be adjusted independently of one another.
