Tube fittings
System ABC push-in fittings connect plastic tubing to threaded ports on commercial vehicles; the joint is made by pushing the tube home, no tool required. The range covers 251 items: straight push-in fittings, 90 degree elbows, male stud connectors, tube couplers, PA12 plastic tubing plus release tools.
Selection follows the tube size from 8 x 1 mm to 16 x 2 mm, the male thread from M10x1 to M22x1.5, then the body shape. Alongside size Regular, the New-Line version is stocked. Every tube size has a matching release tool that opens the joint again without damage to the tube.
These fittings serve compressed air lines on trucks, trailers, buses as well as agricultural machinery. Straight bodies route the line along the chassis rail, while the 90 degree version links consumers in confined positions. Male stud connectors carry the change from plastic tubing to valves or reservoirs, tube couplers extend or repair a line already in service.
