Adjustable tee stud fittings link one male stud thread to two tube ends, forming a 90 degree branch. This range holds 68 items with parallel G stud threads from G 1/8" up to G 1-1/2".
Adjustable means the body can be turned to any required position after screwing in, then locked there by the lock nut plus its seal ring. The parallel thread seals on the shoulder against the mating face, rather than on the thread flanks. On the tube side these fittings use the cutting ring principle in light series L as well as heavy series S.
These fittings serve pipework on power units, valve blocks, pumps whose housings carry a female G port. The 90 degree branch takes a gauge line or a control line out of a continuous tube run without any separate tee piece inserted into that run. Large sizes up to 42 L feed main lines, small threads from G 1/8" pick off pressure at gauges plus pressure switches.
