Couplings and quick connectors
Quick coupling connectors of nominal width NW 5 join compressed air hoses without tools and are among the common standard couplings in pneumatics. The range comprises more than 450 items, including coupling plugs, bulkhead coupling plugs and protective caps.
The plugs are available for hose sizes such as 6x4 mm and 8x6 mm in materials including brass, nickel-plated brass and stainless steel 1.4404. Bulkhead versions allow wall feed-through, and variants with anti-kink protection relieve the hose at the plug outlet.
Couplings of nominal width NW 5 are used in workshop air, machinery and assembly systems for quick connection of pneumatic tools and lines. Bulkhead plugs serve wall feed-through, stainless steel versions are intended for damp or corrosive environments, and protective caps keep unused plugs clean.
