Stainless steel tubes, seamless

Tube fittings

Cold drawn stainless steel precision tubes to DIN EN ISO 1127 form the rigid line between cutting ring couplings. The range covers 107 items in outside diameters of 4 to 57 mm along with wall thicknesses of 1 to 5 mm.

Selection follows the pairing of outside diameter to wall thickness, which sets free bore as well as pressure rating, then the grade. Available grades are 1.4301, titanium stabilised 1.4541, molybdenum alloyed 1.4571. Common pairings are 10 x 1.5 mm, 12 x 1.5 mm, 22 x 1.5 mm, 25 x 2.5 mm, 38 x 5 mm.

⚡18 outside diameters - 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25, 28, 30, 35, 38, 42 plus 57 mm.
⚡Seven wall thicknesses - 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5 mm, so several bores exist per diameter.
⚡Three grades - 1.4301 as the standard grade, 1.4541 with titanium stabilisation, 1.4571 with a molybdenum addition for chloride bearing media.
⚡DIN EN ISO 1127 - the standard fixes dimensional series plus tolerances for stainless precision tube, which secures the grip of cutting rings.
⚡Drawn finish - the tubes are cold drawn, so close tolerance allows direct assembly into cutting ring couplings, no rework needed.
⚡Suited to series L, series S - diameters 6 to 42 mm match the tube ends of the light coupling series as well as the heavy coupling series.

The tubes are installed in hydraulic lines, control lines, gauge lines at valves as well as process lines in plant engineering. Small sizes from 4 mm carry signals plus measured values, larger bores from 28 mm feed consumers of high flow rate. Grades 1.4541 alongside 1.4571 are chosen where the medium or the ambient air acts in a corrosive way.
