Filter regulators combine a compressed air filter and a pressure regulator in one body, covering two treatment stages at a single mounting point. The range comprises 111 versions with connection threads from G 1/4" to G 3/4" and flow rates between 900 and 12000 l/min.
Pressure regulating ranges run from 0,1 - 3 bar up to 0,5 - 16 bar, while the built-in gauge reads 0 - 4, 0 - 10, 0 - 16 or 0 - 25 bar depending on the version. Condensate is removed by a semi-automatic, automatic or depressurised automatic drain, and the bowl is available in plastic or metal.
Filter regulators sit at the air inlet of machines and assembly lines, conditioning the supply for cylinders, valve terminals, grippers and pneumatic tools. Compact versions rated G 1/4" and 900 l/min feed single stations, while units with G 3/4" and 12000 l/min serve complete plant sections. The plastic bowl with protective cage and the metal bowl suit areas exposed to impact, cutting fluids or elevated temperature. The depressurised automatic drain empties collected water as soon as the line is shut down.
