90 degree pipe bends, design 3 to EN 10253 type A (DIN 2605), for butt welding into pipework. The category lists 314 sizes from 20.0 x 1.5 mm up to 139.7 x 2.0 mm with bend radii of 25.0 to 190.0 mm.
The production method is stated per size, either seamless or welded. Recorded materials are the austenitic stainless grades 1.4541 and 1.4571; wall thickness runs from 1.5 to 4.0 mm.

Pipe bends turn a line through 90 degrees in plant, vessel and apparatus construction, welded in as a butt joint.
The generous radius against a mitred bend keeps pressure loss low, which is why these parts are preferred in process lines. Combined with tees, pipe caps and weld neck flanges of the same standard family they build a continuous run.
