Tee unions bring three lines together in one body, branching a run at right angles from the through tube. This category holds 106 items covering tube outside diameters from 4 LL (M8x1) up to 42 L (M52x2).
Sealing follows the cutting ring principle: cap nut, cutting ring plus the cone inside the body form a metal to metal seal on the tube surface, so no sealing compound takes part. Choice covers the extra light LL range, the light L range as well as the heavy S range, each in zinc plated steel or in 1.4571.
Tee unions serve hydraulic piping on machine tools, presses, power packs, wherever a pressure line or a return line splits toward two consumers. The heavy S range at working pressures up to 630 bar suits working lines, while the light L range covers return lines plus pilot lines. Small sizes from 4 LL (M8x1) branch gauge lines in tight spaces. Versions in 1.4571 go where zinc plated steel suffers from moisture or cleaning agents.
