Heavy-duty electronic pressure switches record system pressure up to 600 bar, passing it on to the controller as a switching signal or an analogue value. The 67 versions cover setting ranges from 0 to 2.5 bar up to 0 to 250 bar.
They differ in output: standard as a pure switching output, analogue output 4 to 20 mA, IO-Link, plus the combination of analogue output 4 to 20 mA together with IO-Link. The choice follows the measuring range, the required resolution, plus the question whether the reading only has to switch or also has to be read out digitally.
Electronic pressure switches monitor pumps, hydraulic power units plus compressed air networks, tripping when the set value is exceeded or undershot. Spans up to 0 to 2.5 bar suit pneumatic control circuits plus filter monitoring, spans from 0 to 160 bar upwards suit hydraulics plus test benches. IO-Link versions allow parameter setting plus diagnostics straight from the controller, without any intervention at the device.
