Elbow bulkhead unions lead a tube line through a wall panel, turning it by 90 degrees behind that wall. The body is pushed through from outside, then locked by a nut on the inner face, both tube ends working with a cutting ring. This group holds 92 items.
Sizes run from 6 L (M12x1,5) up to 42 L (M52x2) in the light series, from 6 S (M14x1,5) up to 38 S (M52x2) in the heavy series, the bulkhead thread following from M 12x1,5 up to M 52x2. Supply covers zinc plated steel as well as stainless steel 1.4571, complete or without nut plus ring.
Bulkhead unions sit in housing panels, control cabinets, machine covers, tank walls. They hold the line mechanically, keeping pull as well as vibration away from the pipework behind. The elbow shape is chosen where little room remains for an extra bend inside. Sizes from 25 S upwards serve main lines, small sizes from 6 L carry control lines.
