Safety valves and instrumentation
This range covers 99 versions of WIKA pressure gauges, horizontal, in nominal sizes of Ø 40, 50 and 63 mm. Display ranges begin at 0 - 0,6 bar and reach up to 0 - 400 bar, complemented by vacuum and compound scales such as -1 to 0 bar or -1 to 9 bar.
Connection threads are G 1/8" or G 1/4". Plastic cases carry accuracy class 2,5, while versions in sheet steel reach class 1,6. Scale division runs from 0,02 bar to 30 bar depending on the measuring span, and special threads are listed as a separate version.
The horizontal design is fitted to air service units, pressure regulators and manifold rails in compressed air systems. Spans up to 0 - 16 bar cover line pressure and pneumatic control circuits, while versions up to 0 - 250 bar or 0 - 400 bar suit hydraulic power packs and test benches. Suction lines, vacuum grippers and pump monitoring call for the -1 to 0 bar and -1 to 9 bar scales. Sheet steel cases in class 1,6 are chosen where mechanical load is present or where a closer reading tolerance is required.
