Adjustable L-type stud fittings with G thread take the pipe out of the stud in an L-shaped bend. The position of the bend is set during assembly, then held by the lock nut. The range counts 68 items, its emphasis lying on large thread to pipe pairings.
Covered are eight thread sizes from G 1/8" up to G 1-1/2" plus 20 pipe sizes from 6 to 42 mm outside diameter. Typical pairings are G 1-1/2" on 42 mm light series pipe, G 1" on 28 mm pipe or G 1/4" on 6 mm heavy series pipe. Supply is either complete, nut plus cutting ring included, or as a bare body.
The L shape is chosen where the pipe has to break away straight at the port, then run close along a housing, a frame or a tank wall. The bend can be turned into the routing direction after the thread is tight, which eases assembly in the pairings from G 1" on 28 mm pipe upward. Small sizes from G 1/8" on 6 mm pipe are fitted to control lines as well as gauge points.
