Pipe clamps of the light series to DIN 3015-1 for tube outside diameters of 6 to 54 mm, 163 versions. The clamp body is moulded in polypropylene or machined from aluminium.
Mounting is by weld plate, extended weld plate, weld plate plus cover plate, or by rail nuts for assembly on a C rail. Clamp size follows the tube diameter and runs from 0 to 6.

Pipe clamps hold hydraulic and process lines inside machine frames, on power units and in control cabinets.
The two part clamp body damps vibration and prevents chafing on the tube wall. The rail nut version lets the clamp be repositioned along a C rail without any further welding.
