Heavy series pipe clamps to DIN 3015-2 with an elastomer insert, 75 versions for tube outside diameters of 6 to 140 mm. The insert damps structure borne noise and takes up dimensional deviation on the tube.
The range covers plastic clamps with weld plate as well as with weld and cover plate. Clamp sizes run from 2 to 7 and reach large diameters such as 101, 108, 114 and 133 mm.
Tube 6 to 140 mm - including 17.2, 26.9, 45.5, 53.4, 56.4, 83, 89, 94 and 133 mm
Clamp sizes 2 to 7 - size 7 accepts tube around 133 mm
Elastomer insert - damps vibration and protects the tube surface
Assembly - plastic clamp with weld plate, optionally with an added cover plate
Damped clamps are set on pump lines, compressors and hydraulic power units where pulsating pressure carries noise into the frame.
The soft insert absorbs dimensional deviation as well as thermal expansion of the tube. Dimensions and plates follow the standard DIN 3015-2 build, so both types sit on the same base plate.
