Straight male stud couplings on a metric stud link a port thread from M 10x1 to M 48x2 to a tube in cutting ring technology. The range covers 117 items. Sealing takes place at an elastomer ring on the flat face of the port, so the thread itself carries load only.
Twelve stud threads meet twenty tube ends of light series L as well as heavy series S, covering 6 to 42 mm tube outside diameter. Stainless steel 1.4571 or zinc plated steel is available. Supply is complete, that is nut plus cutting ring fitted, alternatively as an NC clamping ring version, or as a bare body without nut plus cutting ring.
These couplings serve hydraulic power packs, pumps, cylinders as well as valve blocks that carry metric port threads. The stud screws into the port, the tube is then clamped by nut plus cutting ring, so a line is built up without welding. Version 1.4571 suits chemical plant plus outdoor duty, the zinc plated build covers machine tools together with mobile hydraulics.
