Straight stud coupling, M 22x1.5 - tube 12 L, stainless steel 1.4571, without nut and cutting ring

Once installed, the male stud coupling connects a precision tube through a cutting ring to a metric male stud thread. This version comes with male stud thread M 22x1.5 and tube connection 12 L (M18x1.5). It is complemented by a tube connection 12 L (M18x1.5). Also stated are scope of delivery without nut and cutting ring.

Applications

In hydraulics the coupling takes tube 12 L (M18x1,5) to a device with an M 22x1,5 thread and holds 315 bar.

Standards and conformity

The coupling follows the cutting ring system for tubes to DIN 2391. The tube is cut off square, deburred and cleaned, and thread and cone are oiled before assembly.
