Rodless cylinders transmit the piston motion via a carriage instead of an extending piston rod. For the same stroke length they require only about the installation length of the stroke and are therefore suited to long travel paths in confined spaces.
The programme comprises more than 500 items, including standard and short cylinders with guide of the LZ and LZK series as well as the related accessories such as stops, crossbeams, suspension bridges and mounting elements.
Categories
Rodless cylinders are used for long travel paths, for example transporting, feeding and positioning workpieces in handling and conveying systems. The integrated guide absorbs lateral and moment loads, while intermediate mounts and stops complement long axes for defined end positions.
