Steel crimp fittings for hydraulic hose

Steel crimp fittings terminate hydraulic hose of types 1 SN, 2 SN, 2 SC, 4 SP, 1 TE, 2 TE, 3 TE, 1 TF and 1 KU across nominal sizes DN 6 to DN 51. The category holds 534 versions, straight as well as 45 and 90 degree elbows.

Choice is driven by sealing system and port size: 24 degree cone seat with O-ring in light and heavy series, JIC 74 degree seat, BSP 60 degree seat, NPTF male taper thread, SAE flange rated 6000 PSI, plus tube stubs prepared for compression ring couplings.

Applications

The fittings go into hydraulic power units, presses, construction plant and agricultural machinery. They are pushed onto the cut hose end and swaged in a crimping press.

Elbows of 45 and 90 degree shorten routing inside a power pack, while the compression ring stub ties a hose assembly into existing light or heavy series tube couplings.
