Hinged bolt clamps with a hollow bolt in 72 versions, clamping ranges from 17 - 19 mm up to 239 - 252 mm. Band width is 18, 20, 25 or 30 mm depending on size.
Available grades are 1.4016 (W2) and 1.4301 (W4). The hollow bolt carries the clamping load and guides the band while it is tightened. The 72 versions spread over 36 clamping ranges in two grades.
Clamping range 17 to 252 mm - 36 bands, among them 37 - 40, 63 - 68, 130 - 140 and 226 - 239 mm
Band width 18 to 30 mm - 30 mm from roughly 130 mm clamping diameter upward
Grades 1.4016 and 1.4301 - groups W2 and W4
Hollow bolt - takes the clamping load and guides the band during tightening
These clamps fix fabric and spiral hose onto tube stubs in conveying, cooling and extraction lines.
They take over where a 9 mm worm drive band can no longer raise the required force. Opening at the hinge allows hose to be exchanged while the assembly stays in place.
