Tube fittings
Elbow unions turn a tube run through 90 degrees, replacing a bent pipe where installation space runs short. The range lists 105 cutting ring fittings for tube outside diameters from 4 LL (M8x1) up to 42 L (M52x2).
The cap nut drives the cutting ring into the cone of the elbow body, so the ring edge bites into the tube wall, raising a collar of material that holds the joint. Selection runs across the light L range, the heavy S range plus the small LL sizes, built in zinc plated steel or fully in 1.4571.
Elbow unions sit at direction changes close to the consumer, such as a cylinder port, a valve block or a pump unit. This shape shortens tube routing inside tight frames as well as cabinets, because the turn happens within the fitting body, leaving no bend radius to plan on the tube. Sizes from 22 L (M30x2) link main lines, while the LL range up to 12 LL (M16x1) handles instrument lines. Versions in 1.4571 together with an NC clamping ring stay reserved for damp or chemically loaded surroundings.
