Filter regulators, Futura series 1
The Futura series 1 combines filter plus pressure regulator in a compact body for flow rates up to 2500 l/min. The 65 versions offer six regulating ranges from 0.1 to 1 bar up to 0.5 to 16 bar, each with a matching gauge span from 0 to 1.6 bar up to 0 to 25 bar.
Connection threads are G 1/4" plus G 3/8". The bowl is either a plastic bowl in a protective guard or a metal bowl with sight glass; drainage works automatically, semi-automatically, or closed when depressurised. The safety version adds a lockable ball valve plus a filling valve upstream.

Applications
Series 1 supplies single machines, handling axes plus pneumatic fixtures with filtered, regulated air up to 2500 l/min. Regulating ranges of 0.1 to 1 bar suit sensitive control circuits plus blow-off duties, ranges up to 0.5 to 16 bar suit cylinders running at full network pressure. The safety version allows depressurised setup of the plant plus controlled refilling after maintenance.
