Male stud elbows having an R or G thread link a cutting ring tube through a 90 degree bend to an inch sized equipment port. The tapered R thread seals in the thread itself, while the parallel G thread seals through a ring at the shoulder. This group lists 91 items.
Threads cover R 1/8" up to R 1/2" plus G 3/4" up to G 1-1/2", tube sizes 4 LL (M8x1) up to 42 L (M52x2) as well as 6 S (M14x1,5) up to 38 S (M52x2). Choices include zinc plated steel, stainless steel 1.4571, plus versions using an NC clamping ring in 1.4571.
These fittings connect tube lines to pumps, cylinders, filters, manifolds carrying an inch sized female port. Small sizes from 4 LL serve gauge as well as control lines, sizes from 25 S upwards carry pressure lines of high flow. Where the port sits close to a housing, the 90 degree bend takes the line parallel to the wall at once.
