This section covers compressed air preparation, pressure and temperature measurement plus type-approved safety valves: 12397 items, 6673 of them listed directly here, spread over 27 product types in the subcategories. Regulators plus air service units cover regulating ranges from 0.1 to 16 bar, the safety valves set pressures from 0.04 to 50 bar at nominal sizes DN 8 to DN 48.
Selection follows the connection thread (from G 1/4"), the regulating or set pressure, the required discharge capacity, plus the bowl design: plastic bowl, plastic bowl in a guard, or metal bowl with sight glass. For instruments the display range, scale division, plus mounting position, horizontal or vertical, decide the choice.
Pressure regulators, gauges, safety valves - product types
Compressed air networks in production plus assembly are brought to the working pressure of cylinders plus valves by filter regulators and air service units. Type-approved safety valves protect pressure vessels, compressors, steam boilers to TRD group 1 plus cooling circuits against excess pressure; they are factory set and sealed. Bimetal plus glass thermometers, pressure gauges, pressure switches and transmitters record operating values on boilers, heat exchangers, hydraulic plus process plants. Gunmetal and 1.4404 versions cover chemical plus saturated steam duties.
