Worm drive hose clamps to DIN 3017-1 with a 9 mm band, 81 versions. Clamping ranges run from 8 - 12 mm up to 90 - 110 mm.
Materials are zinc plated steel (W1), stainless 1.4301 (W4) and stainless 1.4401 or 1.4571 (W5). Tightening is by 7 mm hexagon or by the wing handle of the corresponding version. The 81 versions spread over 16 clamping ranges in three material groups.
DIN 3017-1, 9 mm band - one band width across all 81 versions
Clamping range 8 to 110 mm - steps including 12 - 22, 16 - 27, 25 - 40, 40 - 60, 60 - 80, 80 - 100 mm
Material groups W1, W4 and W5 - zinc plated steel, 1.4301 as well as 1.4401 and 1.4571
7 mm hexagon - socket drive, alternatively a wing handle version
Hose clamps secure fabric and rubber hose on tube stubs in cooling circuits, pump connections and extraction lines.
The worm draws the band evenly and can be released repeatedly. The wing handle version is chosen where retightening has to happen without tools, W5 where salt or cleaning agents attack.
