Service units and instrumentation
Water pressure reducers limit the inlet pressure in drinking and service water lines to a stable output value. The range comprises more than 200 items with pressure reducers, backwash filters, filter bowls and spare parts, partly with DVGW approval for drinking water.
The devices are available in port sizes up to R 2" with setting ranges from around 1.5 to 25 bar. Combined backwash filters with pressure reducer unite filtration and pressure control in one device; mini and micro pressure regulators are also listed.
Water pressure reducers protect domestic installations and downstream fittings against excessive or fluctuating supply pressure. Models with DVGW approval are intended for use in drinking water systems; backwash filters additionally retain particles from the water and can be cleaned without changing the filter.
