Hinged bolt clamps of the Eco-Line in 72 versions with clamping ranges from 17 - 19 mm up to 240 - 252 mm. Band width grows with diameter and measures 18, 20, 22, 25, 26 or 30 mm.
Materials are 1.4016 (W2) and 1.4301 (W4). The hinged bolt lets the clamp be opened without pulling the hose off its stub.
Clamping range 17 to 252 mm - 36 bands, among them 43 - 46, 68 - 73, 122 - 130 and 214 - 226 mm
Band width 18 to 30 mm - graded by clamping range, 26 mm from 162 mm diameter upward
Grades 1.4016 and 1.4301 - groups W2 and W4
Hinged bolt - the clamp opens and closes again without removing the hose
Hinged bolt clamps secure large bore suction and delivery hose on pumps, silo vehicles and extraction systems.
They spread a high surface load over the full band width, which holds thick walled fabric hose. Above 100 mm clamping range the 26 or 30 mm band version is selected.
