Filter regulators of the Multifix series 2 combine a compressed air filter and a pressure regulator in a single body. The range holds 81 versions with G 1/2" and G 3/4" connection threads, covering pressure regulating ranges from 0,1 - 3 bar up to 0,5 - 16 bar.
The fitted gauges display 0 - 4, 0 - 10, 0 - 16 or 0 - 25 bar. Bowls come in plastic, in plastic with a protective guard, or in metal with a sight tube; condensate drains operate semi-automatically, fully automatically, or closed in the depressurised state.
Series 2 filter regulators sit at the inlet of compressed air lines in machine building, assembly cells, packaging lines, test benches and workshop stations. They separate condensate as well as particles from the air stream, then hold the working pressure of downstream cylinders, valves and air tools steady. Lockable versions protect a set value between 0,1 bar and 16 bar against unauthorised adjustment, while the safety variant with ball valve plus filling valve allows a line to be vented and slowly refilled before maintenance. Metal bowls with a sight tube suit areas exposed to mechanical load or solvent vapours; plastic bowls with a guard suit fixed installations where the condensate level stays visible.
